Insurance

Sam Klaus
Sam leads with a genuine “how can I help” attitude in everything he does. He’s not one to seek the spotlight, but those who work alongside him notice his leadership - the kind he shows quietly, out in front of his crew, coaching and growing those around him. He brings a rare blend of hands-on capability and authentic care for others, and he treats relationships as his top priority. Simply put, he’s someone people know they can count on.
With 23 years of experience in EMS and Fire service, Sam brings a deep, practiced commitment to privacy and confidentiality in every customer interaction. He also serves as a leadership instructor, sharing what he’s learned to help develop the next generation. His drive to keep growing shows in his ongoing pursuit of higher education, leadership training and new challenges that continue to sharpen his skill set.
Outside of work, Sam brings that same active energy home. Whether he’s chasing health and fitness goals, out fishing, tackling a DIY project or -his favorite - running around after his little ones, family is at the center of it all. It’s his pride and joy, and the reason behind everything he does, Sam and Lely have been married for nearly 20 years and call South Florida - their favorite place to be - home.
Lely Klaus
Lely has a gift for anticipating what others overlook. With a natural instinct for thinking ahead, she identifies needs before they arise and plans proactively to navigate the unexpected - a skill that has made her an invaluable asset throughout her career.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management and contract analysis for large hospital systems across South Florida, Lely has honed a meticulous, detail-driven approach to her work. Confidentiality and discretion aren’t just professional requirements for her - they’re core principles that guide everything she does.
Outside of work, Lely’s greatest joys are her family and home. She spends her free time raising her beautiful children alongside her husband and soaking up everything Florida has to offer. An avid do-it-yourselfer, she has a passion for organizing, planning and interior design - bringing the same thoughtful attention to her home that she brings to her work.
